Delivery Policy
This policy sets out the delivery timescales and shipping arrangements applied by our shop.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. This allows time for preparation, quality checking, and transfer of your order to our logistics partners. Orders are not processed at weekends or on bank holidays.
2. Delivery Timescales
Following order processing, average delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery: 7 to 12 working days (depending on destination country, time of year, and shipment volume)
- Express delivery (where available): 4 to 7 working days
These timescales are provided for guidance only. They may vary depending on carriers, traffic conditions, customs clearance, or logistical events beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then monitor your delivery progress via the link provided.
4. Potential Delays
Whilst the majority of deliveries meet the stated timescales, certain external factors (customs, high volumes, logistical disruptions, weather conditions) may result in exceptional delays.

5. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when ordering. In the event of an error in the address provided, we cannot be held liable for non-delivery of the parcel.
6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is declared lost by the carrier or remains without tracking updates for an abnormal period, an investigation will be opened. A replacement or refund may be offered once the investigation is complete, depending on the circumstances.
