Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@splendint.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and tracking procedure. Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, personalised products, and items damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@splendint.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
