Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026. Every Splendint ring is handcrafted to order in the exact size you choose. Because of that, we do not process physical returns. Instead, you are covered by the guarantee below, with no return shipping ever required.

1. 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Wear your Splendint ring, adjust it, live with it. If it is not right for you, email contact@splendint.com with your order number within 45 days of delivery and choose either:

• A size exchange: we craft and ship a new ring in your corrected size, free of charge; or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

You do not need to ship anything back. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer.

2. Damaged or defective on arrival

If your ring arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a free replacement.

3. 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Your Splendint ring is covered for 1 year against workmanship defects. Damage from over-bending, the use of pliers, sharp impact, or general wear is not covered.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that, your 45-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies from the day your ring is delivered.
